摘要
SEBIM安全阀结构复杂,可靠性高,整定精度高,先导控制设计密封严密;因此其试验方法比较难以掌握和理解。本文从安全阀的结构和原理入手探讨了调试阶段安全阀最复杂的压力整定试验与充水排气试验的试验方法及试验过程中的风险控制。
SEBIM valve have complicated structure, high reliability, high setting point precision, the pilot operated design sealing is very strictness. Hence it is difficult to understand and master the test program. This text discusses how to perform the most complicated pressure setting test of the safety valve, filling ＆amp; venting test method and the risk control during commissioning phase through introducing the valve action principal.
