大跨度悬臂现浇箱梁合龙施工技术

摘要 悬臂现浇箱梁因具有大跨度的优势,在高铁项目中跨越公路、大河等铁路标准梁无法施工的地段时被广泛使用,悬臂现浇梁施工工艺繁琐,其中合龙段是其施工的关键环节。传统悬浇梁施工过程繁琐,既浪费大量的人力、物力,又不能保证工期。本文结合石武铁路客运专线大悟跨京珠高速公路特大桥的施工实践,介绍了悬臂现浇梁合龙施工技术,解决了传统悬浇梁施工工艺的一些缺点,在具体的施工中有较大推广价值。 Cantilever cast-in-place box beam has a large advantage of large-span, so it is widely used in the section of high-speed rail projects which can not apply railway standard beam construction, such as the rail across the road and rivers, and the closure section is the key link oin construction. The traditional cantilever construction process is tedious, not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also its construction period cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, combined with the construction practice of Shiwu railway passenger dedicated line across Jingzhu Expressway Bridge, it introduced the construction technology of closure of cantilever cast-in-place box beam which solves some of the shortcomings of the traditional cantilever beam construction process and has large promotion value in concrete construction.
