摘要
本文首先介绍了煤矿井下采煤工作面的供电现状及存在问题:工作面设备多、供电列车多、大功率设备逐渐增多、运输机低速状态的功率因数低等,然后具体分析了对采煤工作面供电系统优化的几个方面:减少供电列车的设备数量、电压适时升级至3.3k V、无功补偿及变频装置的应用、模型化管理的执行,最后总结了对于采煤工作面供电系统优化的效果,不论从安全生产上,还是从提高经济效益上,还是从节能减排上,都产生了非常明显的效果。
This paper introduces the status quo and problems of power supply in coal mining face of coal mine: more equipment, more power trains, gradually increased large power equipment, low power factor of transport aircraft low speed state, makes a detailed analysis of several aspects of coal mining face power supply system optimization:reducing the number of powered trains, timely upgrading the voltage to 3.3kV, applying the reactive power compensation and frequency device, implementing the model management, and finally concludes the optimization effect. Whether from the safe production, or from improving economic efficiency, or from the energy conservation, it has a very significant effect.
