加快福建城市化建设的若干思考

Thoughts on Accelerating the Urbanization Process of Fujian Province

本文对福建省通过实施城市化战略促进全省经济和社会全面发展的实践进行了回顾和总结,指出从现在起到21世纪前10年,是福建建设海峡西岸繁荣带的关键时期,也是加快城市化建设、提高城市化发展水平的关键时期。在此基础上,提出了福建城市化发展的基本思路和目标,即走出一条符合世界和全国经济发展趋势具有福建特色的城市化发展道路。

This paper provides a review and summary of the practice in promoting economic and social progress through implementatiny urbanization strategy in Fujian Province since the reform and opening up, the article puts forward the basic ideas and goals of Fujian's urbanization development, so as to break a paths for urbanization which grows in accordant with national and international economic development trend, and carries Fujian characteristics.
