摘要
根据佛山市经济、社会、科技发展的特点以及开展和实施学习型城市的现状,提出了佛山市创建学习型城市的多层次评价指标体系。通过应用多层析模糊综合评价方法,解决了评价对象无法量化、指标权重难以确定的难题。通过专家打分的方式,对佛山市学习型城市建设的阶段成果进行测量,简明指出存在的问题和发展的重点。
According to the features of the economic, social and technological development in Foshan City, and the present situation of the development and the implementation of learning city in Foshan, a multi-level synthetic evaluation index system is set up. By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method applied, the difficulty of defining the value and the weight of multi-level indexes is solved. The phase production of learning city in foshan is determined by expert scoring method and the present problems and the development priorities are briefly put forward.
