人防工程主体施工质量通病预防

Common Quality Problems Prevention in the Main Construction of Civil Air Defense Engineering

本文主要分析在人防工程在主体施工中,施工人员对人防规范及图集与普通建筑规范及图集的不同之处理解不够透彻,交底不到位,以及传统的先土建后安装的施工工序,导致主体施工阶段仍然会出现各种质量通病,工程隐蔽验收时通不过,造成返工整改,延误工期,并且对后期工程竣工验收产生影响。本文以晋中万科朗润园·文苑项目为工程实例,就人防工程在主体施工阶段容易出现的质量通病及预防措施进行解决分析,使得各类质量通病得到了有效的控制,监理及人防质监站进行隐蔽验收时都能达到一次通过,未出现返工整改等情况,保证了工期节点目标,达到了防治质量通病的目的。

This paper mainly analyzes the varieties of common quality problems of the main construction stage caused by the poorly understood and lacking of disclosure of the specification and atlas difference between civil air defense and general building and the traditional construction process of civil engineering before the installation. The failure of engineering covert acceptance causes the rework rectification, construction period delays, and it will influence the completion inspection and acceptance of late project. This paper takes Wanke Langrunyuan＆#183;Wenyuan project in Jinzhong as the engineering case to analyze the common quality problems and preventive measures in the main construction stage of civil air defense engineering to effectively control the varieties of common quality problems. It can get once-through in the covert acceptance in supervision and civil air defense monitoring stations. It doesn’t appear rework rectification and other conditions, ensure the goal of construction period node, and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling the common quality problems.
