摘要
阐述了企业信息化管理的定义,分析了信息化管理在企业中实施的重要意义,提出了目前我国企业实施信息化存在的问题,根据问题讨论了企业信息化系统平台设计的关键点,同时举例分析了某企业信息化平台建设的实例。指出企业信息化建设是一个复杂的过程,只要立足实际,企业必将成为最终的最大受益者。
The definition of Enterprise Informatization Management（EIM）was elaborated to introduce the significance of EIM in enterprises. Also,existing problems of EIM implementation in China were presented and discussed to find critical solutions in the design of EIM platforms. Furthermore,a real example of EIM construction was analyzed. In the end,it is pointed out that EIM is a complicated process and as long as the enterprise is realistic,it will become the party benefiting from EIM the most.
