摘要
世界范围内的制造业正在由原有的单一模式转变为跨国协同的发展模式,每个参与的国家都将成为跨国制造业不可缺少的一部分。由于工业制造领域正在进行精益化生产结构的转变,很多企业也面临着巨大的竞争压力。从工业制造企业的行业态势和内部流程切入,分析了其对于ERP系统的需求和使用问题,提出了一套适应我国现阶段工业制造企业ERP实施的步骤方法。
As the development mode of global manufacturing industry has changed from a single pattern to a multinational cooperation pattern,every participating country will be inevitably interconnected. For the industrial manufacturing sector,it is under a production structure transformation toward lean management,which brings great challenges to many enterprises. This paper,from the perspectives of industrial status and inner procedures of industrial manufacturers,analyzes the enterprises＇ demands and problems during ERP application and proposes a set of ERP implementation procedures adaptive to China＇s industrial manufacturers at the present stage.
