数据挖掘技术是一种能从大量模糊的、不确定的数据中揭示出隐含的、但具有潜在价值信息的技术。介绍了数据挖掘技术的概念,探讨了几种当前数据挖掘技术在电子政务领域的主流应用,并提出了一些其在实施过程中可能面临的风险、问题及解决方法。

Data mining is a technology of revealing connotative but potentially useful information from a massive amount of ambiguous and uncertain data. This paper introduces the definition of data mining,discusses mainstream applications of the current data mining technology in e-government,points out potential risks and problems during the applications and proposes relative solutions.
