社区教育工作者培训需求调查分析——以广州市为例

A Survey of Training Needs of Community Education Workers——A case study of Guangzhou

社区教育工作者是社区教育的核心力量,其素养高低直接影响着社区教育的可持续发展。目前我国社区教育工作者来源多样、专业素质相对薄弱,开展社区教育工作者培训已迫在眉睫。而基于社区教育工作者的培训需求,探索有效的培训制度,是保证培训质量的重要基础。本研究对广州市4个区域的社区教育工作者进行随机取样,重点调查其培训需求,分析结果,梳理问题,并就社区教育人才培养提出思考。

Community education workers are the core force of the community education,whose professional quality directly affects the sustainable development of community education. Now it＇s urgent for their training since they come from diversified sources and their professional quality are relatively poor. An effective training system based on the training needs of community education workers is a solid foundation to ensure the training quality. This study is based on a random sampling of community education workers from four areas of Guangzhou. By investigating the training needs,analyzing the results and related problems,the author suggests some ideas on talent training of community education.
