摘要
传统的单方成人社会培训弊端凸显,培训方式封闭、单调,培训条件薄弱、有限,培训模式单一、落后。改变传统培训方式,建立社会组织联动统筹的成人社会培训的新方式有其理论支撑与现实意蕴,势在必行。其建构路径包括:以"联动统筹"作为社会组织参与成人培训的组织架构;以"分层分类联盟"作为社会组织参与成人培训的联动方式;以"分级分阶培训"作为社会组织参与成人培训的实践方式。
The disadvantage of the traditional unilateral adult social training lies in the closed and monotonous training way,weak and limited training condition,and the monotonous training mode. It's necessary to change the traditional training mode and create new ways to link all the adult social training organizations,including the linkage coordination as the social framework,hierarchical classification alliance as the linkage and grading sublevel training as the practice mode for social organization to participate in adult training
