摘要
人力资源开发要实现培训能力和学习效果的最大化,需要重视情感学习对受训者知识、智能以及认知能力的作用。情感学习能够实现学习主体与学习客体的亲密融合,为受训者知识开发提供背景支持,指引受训者智能开发的价值导向,提升受训者对工作环境的认知能力,保障人力资源开发实现受训者的潜能得以充分转化和利用。
To realize the maximization of the training ability and learning result,human resource development should emphasize the role of emotional learning on knowledge,intelligence,and the cognitive ability of the trainees. Emotional learning can realize the close integration of learning subject and the object,provide background support for the trainees to promote their intellectual development,give them value orientation for their intelligence development,improve their cognitive ability in the work environment,and ensure the full transformation and utilization of the trainees' potential in the process of the human resources development.
