中部地区残疾人社区文化发展模式探究——以长沙市天心区为例

On the Development Mode of Community Culture for the Disabled in Central China——Field Investigation in Changsha's Tianxin District

残疾人社区文化是社会主义文化大繁荣大发展的重要内容之一,它所倡导的是平等、参与、共享、共建、共融的文化建设理念,是物质文明与精神文明在基层建设中的具体体现。本文通过对我国中部地区长沙市天心区的实地调研,就该区残疾人文化发展现状、优势和路径以及发展过程中依然有待解决的问题等进行思考,并提出相应的对策和建议。

Community culture for the disabled is an essential part of modern China ＇s cultural prosperity and advancement. It demonstrates the cultural building concept of equility,participation,co- sharing,co- construction and amalgamation,and reflects material and spiritual progress in basic units. Based on a field investigation of Tianxin District of Central China＇s Changsha,Hunan province,this paper studies the current development situation of community culture for the disabled,its advantages,route and the problems to be solved. Finally,related suggestions are also proposed.
