摘要
在企业众多的管理决策中最需要关注的问题之一是企业投资项目决策问题。在价值最大化目标的驱动下,企业管理者一直将企业投资项目决策问题作为企业经营管理的重要环节。企业投资项目决策是指企业在给定资本约束情况下对可能的投资项目进行有效选择。本文基于背包模型和企业投资项目决策理论,对企业投资项目决策问题进行探讨,并通过实例进行计算机模拟仿真。该研究为企业投资项目理性决策提供了一种新的科学研究方法和计算模型,因此,对企业理性投资决策问题的思考具有较高的理论与应用价值。
In many management decisions in the company, the decision-making of investment projects is one of the most important problems which should be concerned. Driven by the goal of value maximization, enterprise managers consider the decision-making of the enterprise investment projects as the important link in the process of enterprise business management in all the time. The decision-making of the enterprise investment projects means that the company makes effective choices for possible investment projects when the capital is limited. With the Knapsack Model and the decision-making of the enterprise investment projects theory, we research on the decision-making of the enterprise investment projects, and take a computer simulation experiment based on practical examples. This study provides a new method of quantitative thinking and mathematical models for the rational decision-making of the enterprise investment project, and has a high theoretical and practical value.
