摘要
近年来,城市建设高速发展,规划管理工作日益繁重,传统的二维审批手段已经无法满足目前城市规划审批的工作需求。为此,本文以建设"数字荆门三维规划辅助决策系统"为例,研究了建立数字城市三维规划辅助决策系统的基本思路和实现方法,阐述了系统建设的总体架构、数据库、网络环境设计,并探讨了数字城市三维规划辅助决策系统在城市规划中的具体应用与意义。
In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction,urban construction scale and speed has been greatly improved,planning and management work is increasingly onerous,the traditional two-dimensional approval means has been unable to meet the current demand for urban planning approval work. So,with three-dimensional urban planning decision support system for digital Jingmen as an example,basic ideas and methods of developing three-dimensional urban planning decision support system for digital city is studied,the overall system architecture,database,and network environment design of it are illustrated,and the specific application and significance of it for digital city is discussed.
