摘要
分析土地整治项目基础数据和全生命周期,系统地整理基础数据,并实现辅助规划和全生命周期的跟踪监管。利用GIS相关技术和信息化手段,对土地整治基础数据进行梳理和建库,实现了对土地整治项目设计、实施和竣工验收的全程跟踪监管,并通过实际的案例进行了可行性论证。因此,研究基础数据的梳理与整合,以及项目全生命周期的跟踪监管,对土地整治项目信息化管理、辅助规划和全程监管具有现实意义。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the basic data and the whole life of land consolidation project,manage the data systematically,and realize the auxiliary programming and the full life supervision. Method employed is theoretical analysis. The results show that it builds the basic database of land consolidation project,realizes the tracking and supervision of land consolidation project＇s design,implementation and completion and demonstrates the conclusion feasibly by practical example. It is concluded that it has realistic significance to research the method of the basic database＇s build,supervision and auxiliary programming.
