高校学生公寓人性化管理的理论与实践

笔者从自身工作实际出发，对高校学生公寓工作的改革和创新进行了实践和探索。本文从观念转变、正确定位和员工队伍建设三个方面结合工作实践对高校学生公寓工作进行了探究，分析了当前工作中存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议。

The writer make the practice and exploration for reform and innovation of management of student apartment of college from his daily working practice. The article analyzes the existing problems in the work from three aspects of transform the old mindset, the correct positioning and construction of staff. And have put forward the corresponding suggestion.
