摘要
基于安徽省1988-2012年的统计数据,运用单位根检验、协整检验以及误差修正模型,分析了安徽省财政支农支出与农民收入间的关系。结果表明,安徽财政支农支出与农民收入之间存在长期均衡关系,财政支农支出能有效促进农民增收。并据此提出了有益于农民增收的若干政策建议。
The statistics of Anhui Province from 1988 to 2012 is analyzed with Unit Root Test,Co-integration Test and Error Correction Model to explore the relation of the financial support for agriculture and farmer＇s income. The result shows that there is a long-term balance between the two. The financial support for agriculture promotes farmers＇ income. There are also some policy-making suggestions proposed for the benefit of farms.
