中药复方物质基础的研究现状

Present situation of the research on material basis of traditional Chinese medicine compound

中药复方是中医理论的具体表现,阐明物质基础是中医药现代化和国际化的关键。随着现代分析仪器和技术的飞速发展,不断涌现出各种新理论、新方法,使中药复方药效物质基础的研究上了个新台阶。只有明确了中药复方药用功效、作用机制,才能保障用药安全性和质量得到有效控制。本文对中药复方基础物质研究的理论和方法进行了综述,以期为之后的复方研究提供参考依据。

Chinese medicine compound is the concrete manifestation of TCM theory.Elucidating the substantial basis is the key to the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine.With the rapid development of modern analysis instruments and technologies,a variety of new theories and methods are emerging,which make the research of TCM compound material step into a new level.Only when medicinal efficacy and mechanism of Chinese herbal compound is cleared,we can guarantee drug safety and quality control.In this paper,the basis of TCM compound material theories and methods are reviewed so as to provide reference for the further research about it.
