丹参多酚酸盐对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能和血清抗氧化酶活性水平的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能和血清抗氧化酶活性水平的影响。方法选择2013年5~7月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院2型糖尿病患者30例,将其分为常规治疗组和丹参多酚酸盐给药组,每组各15例,常规治疗组给予相应的糖尿病饮食控制,给药组在常规治疗组基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗14 d。分别测定治疗前后患者的胰岛β细胞功能如空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、C肽、餐后2 h C肽、糖化血红蛋白等指标和血清抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性水平和脂质代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,并对所测各项指标进行组间和组内结果的比较。结果组间结果比较显示,两组患者治疗前后的胰岛β细胞功能改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但治疗后给药组的抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px的活性水平较常规治疗组有显著升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),脂质代谢产物MDA的含量较常规治疗组低,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。组内结果比较显示,两组患者给药后的胰岛β细胞功能较给药前均有所改善,其中空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白等指标水平改善明显,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),同时两组治疗前后的抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px的活性水平和脂质代谢产物MDA的含量差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论丹参多酚酸盐对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的改善作用不明显,但可增加患者体内血清中的抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px活性水平,并降低脂质代谢产物MDA的含量,从而发挥一定的抗氧化作用机制。 Objective To explore the effect of Salvianolate on pancreatic β-cells function and antioxidant enzymes activity in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University from May to July in 2013 were randomly divided into routine medicine group(treated with corresponding diabetes diet,n=15) and Salvianolate treatment group(treated with200 mg/d Salvianolate and routine medicine,n =15).The levels of pancreatic β-cells function such as fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood sugar,C peptide,2 h-C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin and the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde content in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were respectively measured before treatement and end of treatment,and all of indicators measured were compared between groups and within groups.Results The results of between groups showed that the levels of pancreatic β-cells function had no significant difference(P〉0.05) in two groups of patients before and after treatment,but the activity of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase in Salvianolate treatment group were significantly increased than those in routine medicine group(P〈0.01),and the content of malondialdehyde was lower than that of routine medicine group,but had no significant difference(P〈0.05).The results of within groups showed that the levels of pancreatic β-cells function in two groups of patients after administration were improved significantly,including fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were significantly changed(P〈0.01).The activity of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase within groups were significantly increased(P〈0.01) and the content of malondialdehyde was reduced significantly(P〈0.01).Conclusion There is no clear evidence for Salvianolate to improve the function of pancreatic β-cells in type 2diabetes mellitus patients,but it can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and to reduce the content of malondialdehyde,thus it may play a role of antioxidation by scavenging free radicals as well as increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body.
