腰椎间盘突出症中医护理模式研究

Study on traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode for symptomatic lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案的临床实施效果。方法选取2013年9月~2014年5月在广东省中医院骨科住院的126例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例,分别以常规护理和腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案护理。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、直腿抬高试验比较两组患者护理前后的康复效果,并评价两组患者的满意度情况。结果两组患者实施方案后VAS评分：对照组为（2.10±0.59）分;观察组为（1.63±0.63）分;直腿抬高试验：对照组为（62.70±3.46）°;观察组为（67.54±5.38）°;患者满意度：对照组为76.19%;观察组为98.41%。两组患者实施方案后临床症状均有不同程度好转,但观察组VAS评分、直腿抬高试验、患者满意度均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案是一种规范化的护理模式,是护士在临床实践中的工作指南,促进了护士的临床思维能力,使各项护理措施落实到位,不仅提高了疾病的疗效,而且利于患者的康复,患者满意度明显提高,适合在临床实践中推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by using traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Methods 126 hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation by conservative treatment in Orthopedics Department of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from September 2013 to May 2014 were chosen.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.They were respectively treated by general nursing or traditional Chinese nursing method for lumbar disc herniation.Visual Analog score（VAS） and straight leg raising test were used to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of the two groups before and after treatment,also their satisfaction evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results These two groups improved clinical symptoms in varying degrees after the treatment.VAS：（2.10±0.59） scores of control group,（1.63±0.63） scores of observation group;leg raising test：（62.70±3.46）° of control group,（67.54±5.38）° of observation group;patients＇ satisfaction：76.19%of control group,98.41% of observation group.However,the effects of observation group treated by traditional Chinese nursing were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,including the results of VAS,straight-leg raising test and patients＇ satisfaction.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for lumbar disc herniation is a kind of standardized care model which can be used as clinical practice guideline in this aspect.Besides,it can promote the nursing clinical thinking ability and ensure that all caring measures are effective,which can not only improve the efficacy of disease,but also promote patients＇ rehabilitation and enhance patients＇ satisfaction.So it is worthwhile to be promoted in clinical practice.
