新时期治水理念应注重水文化创意设计,水文化遗产元素应进一步进入水文化创意设计.在进行水文化创意设计时,应从水文化遗产的分类分级、水文化创意设计的形式选择、水文化创意设计的价值选择等不同维度,选择不同的路径对水文化遗产进行保护、传承、利用.

In river and watercourse regulation in new period,adequate attention should be paid to the creative design of water culture and the construction of ecological civilization. The concept of water culture heritage should be introduced to the creative design,making the hydraulic project an integration of environment,ecology,landscape,culture,and tourism.All the perspectives should be considered,such as the classification of water culture heritage,the choice of water culture form,the value of water culture creative design,in order to protect,inherit and preserve the water culture heritage.
