摘要 柘仑水库施工工期延误,导致原多功能导流隧洞不能按期实施,已不能满足施工期导流和安全度汛要求.根据工程特性及现场踏勘调研资料,结合浆砌石坝设计规范,将导流隧洞一洞多用功能分开,导流隧洞仅按施工导流建筑物设计.围堰应力和抗滑稳定计算及现场施工检验结果表明,导流隧洞优化设计方案能够满足设计规范要求. The overtime construction of Zhelun Reservoir caused the delay of multi-function diversion tunnel and failed to meet the demands of diversion and flood retaining during the construction period. According to the engineering characteristics and field reconnaissance data,based on the design standards of masonry dam,the recommended diversion tunnel optimization design scheme has been established by separating the permanent and temporary function of diversion tunnel. The stress and anti-sliding stability recheck and the site construction inspection results show that the temporary buildings in the diversion tunnel optimization design scheme can meet the design requirements,to make the project safe,smooth,quick with high quality.
