城市化与水环境的耦合问题研究——以杭州市为例 被引量:3

摘要 通过构建基于均方差权系数的测度指标体系,以及基于容量耦合的耦合关系模型,对杭州市2000年至2013年的城市化和水环境之间的耦合关系进行分析,结果表明杭州市在城市化高速发展的同时,城市化和水环境的耦合度并未有明显提升,相对而言显示出水环境发展的严重滞后,因此城市化发展应与水环境发展相匹配,科学制订并有序实施符合当地实际的城市化发展规划. The water environment is the key factor for the collaborative evolution of a city and its environment. The coordinated development has great significance to the city healthy development. The measurement index system is constructed in this paper based on weight coefficient of mean square deviation,and the coupling model based on the capacity coupling,then the coupling relationship of in urbanization and water environment in Hangzhou from 2000 to 2013 is analyzed. The results shows that in spite of the high speed urbanization,the coupling degree between urbanization and water environment has not significantly enhanced,with relatively serious lagging in water environment development.
