摘要
建德市河流治理存在着污染严重,生态环境恶化、硬化过度,生态退化严重、截弯取直,影响行洪安全、管理滞后,破坏生物多样性等问题,对此应更新理念,强化河道综合整治;顺应河势,保持河道的自然通畅;降低硬化,建设河道生态型护岸;强化措施,落实河道长效管理机制等.
Issues occurred in Jiande river improvement,such as severe pollution,ecological environment deterioration,excessive hardening,channel straightening,etc. contributing unsafe of flood flowing and unbalanced biological diversity.Some relevant approaches and long-term management mechanism are proposed in this paper, including strengthening comprehensive treatment,keeping the river way unobstructed,reduce the hardening,and constructing ecological revetment.
