摘要 采用Visual Basic语言编写座环设计程序,先确定活动导叶的布置方位,绘制出导叶开度曲线;根据导叶开度和蜗壳速度矩常数K值,编写不改变水流环量下,固定导叶的设计和定位程序;并确定其数量均布后,编写调用CAD函数库程序绘制图形,清晰直观的得到座环的俯视图布置形式,再根据投影关系和相关数据绘制出主视图;而后编写传统的强度计算程序对座环的应力进行校对,使其满足强度要求;最后采用UG7.5三维软件中的表达式命令关联座环的数据,实现自动绘制出座环的三维模型,为后续精确进行CAE强度分析节省时间. Seat ring design program is introduced in this paper based on Visual Basic language,to achieve the position of guide vane,and draw out its opening curve. According to the guide vane and the constant K value of volute velocity moment,the fixed guide vanes placement program under unchangeable flow circulation is written. After the determination of uniform distribution,the graphing is finished based on CAD function library,and a clear and intuitive seat ring plan layout is obtained. The main view is drawn according to the projection relationship and related data. Traditional strength calculation program is coded to proofread the stress of the seat ring to meet the strength requirements; finally the expression command is used based on UG7. 5 3D software to associate the ring data,and to realize the automatic draw of three-dimensional model for seat ring,so as to save time for subsequent accurate analysis on CAE strength.
