我国乡镇企业融资问题探讨

On the Rural Industries Finance in China

改革开放以来,乡镇企业创造了辉煌的成就,成为我国农村经济的主体力量和国民经济的一大支柱,然而,目前乡镇企业却普遍陷入了资金严重短缺的困境。本文在论述乡镇企业融资的特点及存在问题的基础上,剖析了乡镇企业融资难的四大因素,并从加大金融机构支持力度、拓宽直接融资渠道、创建担保体系、提高综合素质四个方面提出了合理化对策。

The rural industries have brought significant development and been one of primary rural economic body since reform system operation in China. But now, all most of them face an common problem of finance-shortage. This paper analyses the four reasons that deactivate financing on the base of it's characters and problems faced. And then put forward the reasonable countermeasures on enforcing support from banks, widening direct financing approach, creating secured system and improving the comprehensive quality.
