Index of temperature rise is a very important performance parameters of transformer, there are obvious differences in test results of the same transformer from different manufactures often encountered in practice.The paper introduces the methods of temperature rise test for three typical transformer manufacturers only considering the different test method, focuses on the detailed analysis and comparison of the calculation method about winding resistance power-off time value and oil average temperature rise. Finally, some useful summaries of the transformer temperature rise test are also given.
