我国纺织业国际竞争力分析与贸易政策调整

Analysis China Textile Industry's International Competativeness Ability & Adjusting of the Trade Policy of China

本文通过对我国纺织业现状及国际竞争力的分析得出了我国纺织业仍具有比较优势和较强的竞争能力,但整体竞争优势并不突出的结论,同时指出我国纺织业存在结构性矛盾突出、技术水平落后等问题。在此基础上,作者认为随着我国即将加入WTO和ATC的逐步实施,我国纺织业必须要进行贸易政策调整,逐步消除对竞争力强的传统纺织业的保护,同时把保护重点放在我国纺织业中某些竞争力弱或无的行业上,并提出相关政策建议。

It plays a significant role in many aspects for example in improving employment. The article gets the conclusion that textile industry of China still has comparative advantage but on the whole it has no significant competative advantage. At the same time the author discovers many problems in Chinese textile industry such as outdated technology and so on. Author concludes trade policy of the textile industry must be adjusted to improve the competativeness of Chinese textile industy.
