钢铁行业供应链碳足迹界定及影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 以钢铁行业为研究对象,对钢铁供应链碳足迹进行界定,根据IPCC提供的排放因子和核算方法测算我国钢铁行业碳排放量;运用SPSS软件分析碳排放量与人口、GDP、能源消费结构、能源消费总量、钢材消耗量、能源效率、工业增加值碳强度和回收利用率8个主要影响因素之间的关系,并构建了碳排放多元回归模型。结果表明,钢铁行业碳排放量与人口、GDP、能源消费总量和回收利用率关系密切,能源消费总量对碳排放影响最显著,而其它因素影响不大。我国钢铁行业可从"转变发展方式,调整资源结构;健全能源管理,推进技术创新;优化生产流程,发展循环经济"3个方面实现减排目标。 The paper calculates carbon emissions of China's steel industry according to the accounting methods and emission factors provided by the IPCC Guidelines;defines the boundary of the steel supply chain carbon footprint,uses SPSS to make an empirical analysis on the main factors influencing carbon dioxide emissions,which contain population,GDP,energy consumption structure,total energy consumption,steel consumption,energy efficiency,carbon intensity of industrial added value and recycling rates.The study shows that:Carbon emissions have a close relationship with population,GDP,total energy consumption and recycling rates.The most significant impact of carbon emissions is the total energy consumption,and other factors have little effect.The iron and steel enterprises can meet emissions reduction targets by transformation of development mode,adjusting the resource structure;improving energy management,promoting technological innovation;optimization of production processes,developing circular economy and other aspects.
