超激光照射星状神经节治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Super Laser Irradiation on Stellate Ganglion in the Treatment of Migraine

目的探讨超激光照射星状神经节治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法选择2004年9月—2010年9月北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医院内科收治的60例偏头痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用非甾体抗炎药布洛芬缓释胶囊0.3 g/d,治疗组在对照组基础上联用超激光照射星状神经节治疗,1次/d,照射周期为7 d。比较两组患者治疗效果,治疗前、治疗1年后的血压、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、经颅多普勒收缩期血流速度(TCDVp)以及治疗后3年内的偏头痛再发率、脑卒中发病率、高血压发病率和病死率。结果治疗后治疗组痊愈15例,好转12例,无效3例;对照组痊愈10例,好转8例,无效12例,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(u=-2.133,P=0.033)。治疗前两组患者的血压、CRP水平、ESR、TCDVp间无差异(P>0.05);治疗1年后治疗组CRP水平、ESR和TCDVp均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3年内治疗组的偏头痛再发率、脑卒中发病率、高血压发病率均低于对照组(P<0.05);而病死率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超激光照射星状神经节治疗偏头痛疗效好,操作简单,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion in the treatment of migraine. Methods 60 patients with migraine admitted to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Huguosi Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2004 to September 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drug ibuprofen sustained release capsule 0. 3 g / d,while the treatment group,on the basis of the control group, was also given super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion once per day for seven days. The blood pressure,CRP levels,ESR,TCDVp and efficacy of the two groups before treatment and one year after treatment were compared,and the recurrence rate of migraine,incidence of stroke and hypertension of the two groups within three years were also compared. Results After treatment,15 cases were cured,12 cases were improved and 3 cases were invalid in the treatment group,while 10 cases were cured,8 cases were improved and 12 cases were invalid in control group. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ u =- 2. 133,P = 0. 033）. The blood pressure,CRP level,ESR,TCDVp of the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. One year after treatment,the CRP levels,ESR and TCDVp of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Three years after treatment,the recurrent rate of migraine,incidence of stroke and hypertension of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The mortality of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion has good curative effect in the treatment of migraine with simple operation,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
