木材损伤断裂过程声发射信号小波析取 被引量:24

摘要 为了获取木材声发射信号波形,采用高速数据采集设备构建了一种多通道声发射信号采集系统,同时,基于Lab VIEW软件设计了相应的信号小波包分析与处理系统。通过三点弯矩试验实际测量多种木材试样损伤与断裂信号,最后,针对不同种类信号的频谱特性得出木材在损伤断裂过程中的特点,实现了对木材损伤断裂过程的在线监控。研究结果表明:三点弯矩试验过程中信号呈现3种形态,可根据不同形态信号分析得出木材具体损伤断裂过程的阶段。 In order to get wood acoustic emission signal waveform,a multi channel acoustic emission signal acquisition system was constructed by using the high speed data acquisition equipment. At the same time,the wavelet package analysis and processing system were designed based on the Lab VIEW software. Through the three point bending experiments,various wood sample damage and fracture signals were measured. According to the frequency spectrum characteristics of different types of signals,the characteristic of wood in the damage and fracture process was obtained. On-line monitoring of timber damage and fracture process was realized. The results show that the signals of three point bending experiment process has three forms which can analyze the stages of wood damage and fracture process.
