竞争情报扶贫问题的思考

Thoughts on Poverty Alleviation via Competitive Intelligence

提出了竞争情报扶贫这一学术问题。从"造血式"产业扶贫需要竞争情报的跟进、提高贫困地区竞争情报能力能从根本上解决"信息贫困"问题两个角度论述了开展竞争情报扶贫研究的必要性。从产业扶贫的持续推动使贫困地区的竞争情报需求越来越大、进入"造血式"扶贫阶段的贫困地区具备了竞争情报扶贫需要的信息基础条件、产业竞争情报理论方法研究与应用的实践表明竞争情报扶贫切实可行三个角度论述了开展竞争情报扶贫研究的可行性。从学术研究和实践应用两个方面论述了开展竞争情报扶贫研究的理论和实践意义。

In this paper,the academic question about poverty alleviation via competitive intelligence is put forw ard. The necessity,feasibility and significance of the studies on poverty alleviation via competitive intelligence are expounded. The necessity lies in tw o points： aid-the-poor carried out from the ＂ blood transfusion＂ stage to the ＂ hematopoiety ＂ stage needs competitive intelligence support; the essential of reducing information poverty is hoisting capacity of competitive intelligence. The feasibility is discussed around three points：（ 1） the need for competitive intelligence is grow ing; basic information conditions for developing competitive intelligence in the areas carrying out poverty alleviation are gradually satisfied by developing industries; the practice and experience of the related studies on industry competitive intelligence has proved its feasibility. The study show s the theoretical and practical significance of poverty alleviation via competitive intelligence.
