基于新浪微博的负面网络舆情监测研究——针对政府的负面网络舆情研究系列之一

Research of Negative Public Opinion Monitoring Based on Sina Microblog:the 1st of the Research Series of Negative Internet Public Opinion against Government

基于当今流行、用户数最多的新浪微博,研究了一种针对政府的负面网络舆情定量监测方法。给出了针对政府的负面网络舆情的定义、成因及特点,论述了针对政府的新浪微博负面网络舆情的判别依据、监测流程、监测指标及其量化方法,对监测指标体系进行了理论分析、综合对比和实验验证。实证结果表明舆情监测方案可操作性强,实用价值高,为针对政府的负面网络舆情测、控、管、引平台的开发提供了理论依据和技术支撑。

Based on the popular microblog of Sina,a quantitative monitoring method of government negative Internet public opinion was proposed. With the definition,origin and characteristics of negative network public opinion given,the determining criterion,monitoring process,monitoring index-system and its quantization calculation method were presented. Theoretical analysis,comprehensive comparisons and demonstration results show that the proposed method is feasible,and it has the features of strong operability and high utility value.Thus,it provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the system development of negative Internet public opinion monitoring,controlling,management and guiding.
