分析了学位论文的学术价值与社会价值,总结了阻碍学位论文实现其价值的各种原因,以华东师范大学图书馆在学位论文开放共享方面的实践为例,阐述通过OPEN API的方法实现学位论文开放获取的方案,有效发挥了学位论文在社会服务、产学研合作方面的作用。

This paper analyzes the academic value and social value of degree papers,summarizes the various reasons hindering the dissertations to realize their values,and describes the open access scheme implemented via the method of OPEN API by taking the practice of dissertation open sharing of the library of East China Normal University as an example,the method and solution suggested help to play the role of dissertation in social services and research cooperation effectively.
