摘要
目的建立养精种玉煎膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对方中的当归、白芍、山茱萸进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定马钱苷和芍药苷的含量。结果 TLC专属性强,简单可行。HPLC法检测马钱苷在0.0808-1.616μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为96.85%(RSD=0.88%,n=6);芍药苷在0.1464-2.928μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.01%(RSD=2.38%,n=6)。结论该法操作简单、可靠、准确、重复性好,可用于养精种玉煎膏的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Yangjing Zhongyu soft extract(YSE).Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Corniin in YS were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).The content of loganin and paeoniflorin were determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).Results TLC identification method was simple and feasible with specificity.Loganin was linear in the range of 0.0808-1.616 μg(r=0.9995),the average recovery was 96.85 %,and RSD was 0.88%(n=6).Paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.1464~2.928 μg(r=0.9995),the average recovery was 100.01%,and RSD was 2.38 %(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and repeatable.It can be applied as the quality control method of Yangjing Zhongyu soft extract.
