AD5933集成电路在血液阻抗测量中的应用

摘要 基于血液凝固复杂和动态的生理机制,针对血液凝固过程中血液阻抗随时间的变化进行实验测量.应用AD5933集成电路对纯血液样本、凝固血液样本进行阻抗值测量,处理后得到血液阻抗值随时间变化的波形图,用于分析血液凝固过程中阻抗值的变化规律.经实验判断,正常血液的凝固时间大约在5~6min,在临床工作中,可按需要采取相应措施来达到延缓凝血或止血的目的. Based on complex and dynamic physiological mechanism of blood coagulation in theory and during the blood coagulation,the experimental measurement of blood impedance change at different time is performed.By using AD5933 integrated circuit to measure the impedance of pure blood sample and coagulated blood sample,the waveform of blood impedance changing with time is obtained and used for analyzing the change rule of blood impedance during blood coagulation.Judging by the experimental results the blood coagulation time is about 5-6min.According to the need we can take different measures to achieve the goal of slowing clotting or hemostatic in the clinical work.
