奥巴马政府继续大力发展常规快速全球打击计划,并取得了新进展。从美军发展常规快速全球打击计划的动因入手,总结计划的新进展,分析计划发展面临的国内、国际和技术3方面的制约因素,预测计划的发展趋势。
The administration of President Barack Obama continues to support the conventional prompt global strike（ CPGS） program and has made fresh progress in CPGS program. Firstly the research on the deep impetus of CPGS is carried out. Secondly the new progress in CPGS is summarized and the restricting factors constraining the development of the CPGS including national public,international societies and technologies are analyzed. Finally,the development foreground of the EPAA is predicted.
