Cultivating a new innovative generation is a vital task of contemporary education which is given by the age. This paper elaborates the significance meaning of the practice research of ＂students＇ innovative literacy evaluation＂ of Nine--year school, and analysis the effective data and information which obtained through the questionnaire. According to the characteristics of students, the paper established the evaluate ideas and developed evaluation tools, and expected eval- uation can be an effective way of improve students＇ innovative literacy.
