基于创新素养培育的小学“1+X”校本课程群建设

摘要 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010--2020年)》提出了“构建创新人才培养模式”、“探索贯穿各级各类教育的创新人才培养途径”等要求。学校从“创造教育”的办学特色出发,以小学生创新素养培育为逻辑起点,依据现有小学各类课程的基本特点,从系统与结构化视角,开展了“1+X”校本课程群的建设和研究,以促进学校真正践行素质教育理念,加快教师专业发展和学生创新素养培育的步伐。 《National Long--term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)》 proposect to " build innova- tive training mode", "explore creative talents through education at all levels of training pathways" and other requirements. The school starts from "creating education" school characteristics. The school fosters pupils innovation literacy as a logical starting point, based on the basic characteristics of various types of existing school curriculum, from the system and structural perspective, to carry out "1+X" school curriculum development and research, in order to promote quality ed- ucation in the school, and accelerate the professional development of teachers and cultivate the pace of students' innova- tion and accomplishment.
