摘要
教师作为知识分子的重要力量,求真向善是享有关好生活的基础。其社会属性体现在教师被赋予社会公信力、应具有知识分子的学术精神和社会担当、师德是社会表率、师能需要卓越、专业发展需要自我反思与自我超越这些方面。教师的社会分层由知识运行和学生形态决定,教师行为是社会正义的化身,应体现国家意志,遵从职业良心,在教育教学时彰显个性。
Teacher is the important force of intellectuals which seek truth and good in order to enjoying a beautiful life.The social attributes embodied in teachers are endowed with social credibility, should have the academic spirit and so- cial responsibility, morality is the social model, ability need excellence, teacher professional development needs to self--re- flection and self--transcendence. Teacher's social stratification is determined by the knowledge operation and student forms,teacher behaviors are the embodiment of social justice to reflect state will, to comply with the occupation con- science, and to express individuality implementing in education and teaching.
