摘要
在公德领域,采取“双重标准”来对待“自己人”和陌生人,这种不分公私区别待人的现象,极大地损害了公德的公平性原则,形成了公德的“真空地带”,从而导致社会的不公正,成为危及社会和谐的道德基础。文章首先通过阐明“公德”概念,区分公德与私德;其次,指出社会结构的转变给公德先行提供了契机;最后,通过教育学的思考来为公德先行的实践指明方向,从而走出公德的“真空地带”。
In the field of public morality, taking the "double standard" to "own" and strangers, which makes a differ- ence between people regardless of public and private, greatly damages the fairness principles of public morality, forming the "vacuum" of public morality, leading to social injustice, becoming endanger the moral foundation of social harmony. This paper clarifies the concept of "public morality" to distinguish between public morality and personal morality; Sec ondly, the transformation of social structure gives the opportunity to public morality; Finally, the pedagogical thinking indicates the direction for the practice of public morality being first, thus getting out of the "vacuum" of public morality.
