地州高校新教师入职培训现状及对策

摘要 高质量的教师队伍是实现提高教育质量的基本保障,而高校教师入职培训是提高教师质量的关键环节。地州高校新教师入职培训存在培训组织不合理,方式单一;培训内容空洞,实用性不强;培训考核机制不完善等问题。因此,要转变观念,重视高校教师的入职培训,加强入职培训制度建设,突出教学技能培训,加强后续培训,巩固培训效果。
