摘要
通过断裂面现状分析、金相分析、化学成分分析、机械性能分析、硬度分析．对某钢厂板坯连铸辊堆焊辊身断裂进行剖析，确定造成断裂的原因。
The present situation of fracture analysis, metallographic analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property analysis, hardness analysis were been done to find out reasons, which caused the fracture of the slab continuous cast- ing roller from some steel factory.
