Ga掺杂NiZn铁氧体的合成与性能表征

摘要 本论文采用一种传统的固相合成法制备Ga^3+掺杂Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2-xGaxO4(x=0.0,0.1,0.2,0.3)铁氧体材料。采用XRD,SEM,VSM和4285B表征材料的结构和性能,并讨论了离子取代对材料性能的影响。在Ga^3+离子掺杂从0.0到0.3的变化过程中,材料保持了单一的尖晶石结构,没有出现其他杂相,晶粒逐渐增大,说明了Ga^3+具有促进材料晶粒生长的作用。铁氧体的饱和磁化强度Ms从58.35Am^2/kg下降到39.3Am0/kg,矫顽力Hc从42.68Oe升高到46.21Oe。同时,在1-30MHz频段内测试,材料的磁导率实部雌渐降低,截止频率保持不变;磁导率虚部μ'先降低后增加;同时材料的Q值逐渐降低,反映了材料的损耗随着Ga^3+离子的掺杂而逐渐升高。 Ga^3+ substituted Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2-xGaxO4 (x=0. 0, 0. 1, 0. 2, 0. 3) ferrite materials were synthesized by tradi- tional solid state reaction method. We characterized the phase formation, structure and magnetic properties by XRD, SEM, VSM and 4285B, and discussed the effects of ion substitution. With increasing of Ga^3+ contents from 0. 0 to 0. 3, the samples had a single spinel structure, without other phases. The size of particles increased, and the substitution of Ga^3+ enhanced the growth of particles. Saturation magnetization (Ms) decreased and coervivity (Ho) increased. Meanwhile, in a range frequency of 1--30 MHz, the real part of magnetic permeability (μ') decreased, the applied frequency remained unchanged and the imagi- nary part of magnetic permeability (7) decreased first and then increased. The factors of Q of samples were measured, which demonstrated that the loss of samples increased with Ga^3+ increasing.
