制约我国风险投资业发展的因素分析

Analysis of Developing Venture Capital Investment Industry in China

风险投资是促进高新技术产业发展的重要手段,发展风险投资业是一项复杂的系统工程,要涉及诸多方面的因素。文章用系统论和比较研究的方法对制约我国风险投资业发展的问题进行了分析,认为风险投资资金总量不足、缺乏成熟的风险投资中介机构、风险投资公司治理机构不恰当以及没有合理的风险投资退出机制是制约我国风险投资业发展的主要原因,并提出相应的建议。

Venture capital investment is an important measure to boost the development of Hi-tech. Promoting venture capital industry is a complex system which contains many factors. Using comparing method, the author analyzes the issues which condition the development of Chinese venture capital. As a result, lack of total venture capital amount, absence of good venture capital agency, improper management structure of investment company and shortage of reasonable quit mechanism for venture capital are realized to be four main reasons. Relevant suggestions are given by the author as well.
