益气活血利水中药治疗冠心病心衰临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui function on coronary heart disease patients with heart failure

目的 :观察益气活血利水中药对于冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 :常规西医治疗组应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素受体桔抗剂(ARB)、利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂,酌情应用洋地黄制剂、峭酸醋类、他汀类等治疗。中药治疗组在应用常规治疗基础上加用益气活血利水中药。治疗结束后观察NT-pro BNP及6分钟步行实验结果评价疗效。结果:治疗14天后与基线值比较,中药治疗组患者6分钟步行距离均较常规西医组明显提高。治疗前血清NT-PROBNP比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后血清NT-Pr OBNP水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在常规治疗的基础上联合应用益气活血利水中药后对于冠心病心力衰竭具有确切的治疗意义。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods： The conventional western medicine treatment group using angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI） or angiotensin receptor antagonist（ARB）, diuretics, beta blockers, discretionary application of digitalis, xiao acid vinegar and statin treatment. Yiqi Huoxue Lishui traditional Chinese medicine was used in the Chinese medicine treatment group as addition. Observed NT-pro BNP and 6 minutes walk test results evaluation after the treatment. Results： After 14 days of therapy compared with the baseline, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine 6 minutes walking distance were significantly higher compared to conventional western medicine group increased patients.No significant difference of serum NT-PROBNP before treatment, after treatment with statistical significance of the serum level of NT-Pr OBNP（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： on the basis of conventional therapy combined application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure of coronary heart disease has a definite therapeutic significance.
