摘要
目的:探讨LGT-2200S型空气波压力循环治疗仪辅助治疗中风恢复期的临床护理观察。方法:选取中风恢复期患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组采用常规药物方案进行治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加上空气波压力循环治疗仪辅助治疗。治疗3周后进行统计比较。结果:对照组35例中,治愈11例,好转14例,未愈10例;治疗组治愈16例,好转15例,未愈4例,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在中风后偏瘫患者的临床治疗中,空气波压力循环治疗仪在辅助治疗恢复期中风患者具有良好的临床疗效,适于进一步的临床应用与推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical observation and nursing care of LGT-2200 S air wave recovery period in adjuvant treatment of stroke pressure cycle treatment instrument. Methods：70 cases of stroke patients in recovery stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group using conventional drugs for treatment, the treatment group plus air pressure wave cycle assisted therapy on the basis of routine therapy. After 3 weeks of treatment were statistically compared. Results： 35 cases in the control group, 11 cases were cured, 14 cases improved, 10 cases ineffective. The treatment group 16 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, 4 cases were healed,curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of hemiplegic patients after stroke, the air pressure wave cycle treatment meter treatment has a good clinical effect of stroke patients in recovery stage assistant, suitable for clinical application and promotion of further.
