摘要
[目的]噻唑锌是一种高效、低毒的噻唑类有机锌杀菌剂,旨在研发一种成本低、三废少的噻唑锌合成方法。[方法]在球磨中,2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑和二水合醋酸锌在少量水作为辅助溶剂条件下,经研磨可直接合成噻唑锌。[结果]对不同锌源、辅助溶剂用量、球磨条件等主要反应影响因素系统地进行了研究,收率高达96%。[结论]该反应工艺具有操作简便、基本无三废等特点,适合工业化应用。
[Aims] Zinc thiazole is a thiazole organic zinc fungicide with highly activity and low toxicity. Consequently, a novel route to synthesize zinc thiazole was developed with low cost and less waste in this paper. [Methods] Zinc thiazole was achieved in a ball mill, by grinding 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and zinc acetate dihydrate in the presence of small amount of water. [Results] A systematical investigation of the influences affecting the reaction including zinc sources, ball mill conditions has been carried out. The yield reached 96%. [Conclusions] The process is simple, environmentally-friendly and suitable for industrial application.
