利用家蝇对赤霉素菌渣进行生物转化 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]减轻赤霉素菌渣对环境污染的压力,实现真正意义零排放,并资源化利用发酵残渣,缓解我国饲料蛋白的短缺。[方法]以赤霉素菌渣为原料,利用家蝇进行转化生产蛋白饲料,转化后发酵残渣烘干后,还可得到生物有机肥料。[结果]每kg含水率60%的赤霉素菌渣可转化为蝇蛆248.2g,粗蛋白含量为57.8%,可作为饲料蛋白。[结论]在我国首次成功建立了利用家蝇对赤霉素菌渣进行转化生产蛋白饲料的中试生产工艺。 [Aims] The aims were to phase down the environment pollution cause by gibberellins mushroom dregs, and to achieve zero emission. At the same time, the resource utilization of mushroom dregs alleviates the shortage of feed protein in China. [Methods] With gibberellin mushroom dregs as raw material, the feed protein was obtained by bioconversion using housefly. In addition, the biological organic fertilizer was also obtained after drying the fermented residue. [Results] After bioconversion of 1 kg of gibberellin mushroom dregs with moisture content of 60% was conducted, 248.2 g of housefly larvae with the crude protein content of 57.8% were obtainedwhich could be used as feed protein. [Conclusions] The production process of housefly larvae protein had been successfully established by bioconversion of gibberellin mushroom dregs for the first time in China.
